Some Key Things To See & Do At This Historic Event by Peter Ciani For car guys, the first sign of spring isn’t the budding trees or the hummingbirds returning to the Northeast — no, for us, it’s the opening of the New York International Auto Show this weekend at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York City. The timing of the NYIAS hits right. The weather is finally warming up and making traveling to and around New York City much more enjoyable. by Rich Taber ~ The calendar may say it's spring but wintry weather persists here in New England. It's enough to make me long for the all-weather dependability and cold-weather comforts I came to appreciate while test driving the 2024 Kia Sorento X-Pro SX Prestige back in February. Through cold, snow, rain, slush and gale force winds during seven of winter's most nasty days, the Sorento confidently persevered while keeping me and my favorite passenger very safe and comfortable.  All Photos by Rich Taber for RPM News Weekly The test-drive week started on a Wednesday with temperatures right at about the freezing…

Recently, I had the opportunity to spend a week test driving the Wrangler High Altitude 4xe plug-in hybrid. One thing that amazes me is Jeep’s ability to keep the Wrangler relevant. It's one of the few vehicles that has continued to evolve while staying true to its roots. Somehow, Jeep has preserved the original formula, even while meeting modern safety and emissions standards. When you think about…

Not a lot has changed on the Infiniti QX60 for 2025, but what has changed will be pleasing to those three-row SUV shoppers who crave more fuel economy. Interestingly, there's a bit more torque with the turbo-four but that doesn't equate to faster jumps off the line. It does however allow the 2025 QX60 to hold the line when it comes to towing. It still garners a 6000-lb. rating. Base…
